It’s about 3 hours to drive around the entire Lake Tahoe. So you could choose to turn your 3 day itinerary into a road trip where you stay in a different location around the lake each night. Or you could stay in one spot and just take day trips to various parts of the lake. It’s totally up to you!
This itinerary will be geared towards the warmer months, so if you’re visiting in winter, feel free to substitute any part of this itinerary with skiing and snowboarding.

Day 1: South Lake Tahoe
