Here are the terms and cancellations policies for the NOMADasaurus Adventure Tours.
Antarctica, South Georgia and Falkland Islands
- Non-refundable deposit of USD$500 for our Antarctica, South Georgia and Falkland Islands tour is required to secure your position, paid directly to Quark Expeditions, within 24 hours of registration.
- A 20% deposit of total price will be paid to Quark Expeditions within 60 days of registration.
- Remaining balance to be paid no less than 120 days prior to departure (17th July 2022).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
- Payment plans are available, organised directly with Quark Expeditions.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your position on this tour due to non-COVID related reasons, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account. This is due to costs that cannot be recuperated such as port fees, obtaining travel permits and administration costs.
For this unique expedition, we are operating and abiding by Quark Expeditions’ terms and conditions, including their industry-leading COVID S.A.F.E policy.
